How to Place an Order

Please call in your order at 207-853-9529. We will check availability and provide you with an estimated ship date and an order total. You may then pay for your purchase by either mailing us a check, or sending us a payment using a PayPal account.

Payment Methods

MONEY ORDERS AND CHECKS

We accept money orders and personal checks drawn on United States bank accounts only. Make checks payable to NativeWear. The order will be shipped after the check clears.

CREDIT CARDS

We will soon be accepting major credit cards. However, we currently accept payments through PayPal for those people who have PayPal accounts.

State Sales Tax

A 5% Maine state sales tax is applied to all orders within Maine.

Order Processing

We ship most orders within three business days after receipt. Orders paid by check will require additional time for check to clear, before we will ship. Additional days may also be required due to product availability or United States Postal Service holidays.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all 50 of the United States. Priority Mail is generally delivered within three business days of shipment date.

Guarantee

Our goal is to have all of our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to assist you with the prompt return or exchange of the products. For a return or exchange, please make sure products are returned to us unwashed and unworn within 30 days from the original delivery date of the order.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

  • If the product(s) does not fit.
  • If the product(s) you received did not match the Invoice or Order.
  • If the product(s) has a manufacturer defect.

If you decide you want a different product, please enclose a payment of $6.95 as a shipping charge for the new product.

Returns

If you prefer to return the product(s), our policy is to issue a credit to your account or issue a refund.

Every EXCHANGE or RETURN must include:

  • Name of the person who placed the order.
  • Correct shipping information (your name, address and phone number)
  • Original Invoice
  • Clear instruction on the replacement item (size, color, style #)
  • The item(s) you are Exchanging or Returning
